Although Jenifer has many years as a CEO, it is her focus on personal, professional and staff growth that has lead her to become a coach after her first retirement.  Her personal journey utilizing coaches and participating in growth groups led her to hone her gifts in order to provide the same value for others.  Trainer and retreat facilitator became a natural outgrowth of those efforts.
