See your issues and circumstances
                     from the

Perspective

                Of a peer group

We have groups to join, form your own group or invite us to share with your existing group...

Typically, our groups meet monthly and follow the proven protocols  that transform  you and your company.

Our Groups

Picture

We manage whole life personal growth groups for business professionals.  Vacancies occur as leaders move onto new efforts and enterprises so occasionally there is an opportunity to join a group of like yoked leaders.  Each group has a unique set of criteria: Corporate CEO who reports to boards, investors or advisors; Business Partner who operates with some input from an investor or other stakeholder; COO who manages operations but reports to an owner, president or CEO.

Group Formation

Currently we have a few folks who would qualify for a group we might call "start ups" who would like a trusted group of advisers.  We are on the lookout for others to join the group as are they.  Our groups typically are 8 members strong with a facilitator.  Groups are initiated into the protocols proven to provide the greatest benefit and are oriented to the various tools to create meaningful dialogue.  Your time is valuable.  Our tools create the efficiency to provide true value for your growth.  If you have a specific population that you'd value being part of, let us know and we can begin to develop that like minded group.

In service to your group...

You mostly love the way your existing group operates; you would just like to consider some additional tools to bring along side your existing format.  We are happy to open our tool box to you and orient your members to new processes, forms of discussion or skills such as choosing experience over advice as a means of informing members of options that may apply to their situation.  All collectives begin to suffer from "group think" after a while; a new approach may be just what raises the bar and the value of the experience you are providing.
